I'm so happy to be here with a Butter London Review and Giveaway(s) (which are being hosted on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter) today. Butter London sent me two boxes full of goodies a while back and I've spent a while really testing the products out.
I'll start first with the Shine Out Loud care package I received. These products are shown in the photos below. If you are interested in winning the products from the Shine Out Loud collection featured below be sure to head on over to my Instagram.
The Butter London WINK Eye Pencil in Union Jack Black is a great creamy eyeliner that sets really well and lasts all day on the eye without flaking or smudging. If you work quickly you can smudge this liner out. It's is a black eyeliner but when smudged out it can look a little navy in color but once built up a little more it is a rich black.
The Butter London Bloody Brilliant Lip Crayon in Ladybird is a gorgeous orange red wonderful for the summer months. It's extremely pigmented, smooth, easy to use. It's not patchy! This lip product does not last that long on the lips and will need to be reapplied. This Lip Crayon does come with a sharpener on the tip of the lid, it sharpens the Lip Crayon to a great point but it is a little messy so be prepared!
Moving along to one of my favorite items. The Iconoclast Mega Volume Lacquer Mascara is super black, adds incredible length and volume, and does not smudge or flake at all throughout the day, even in the summer heat! I raved about this mascara in my May Favorites and I'm still loving it!!
Lastly from this line I have the Nail Lacquer in Ladybird. This shade does match the Ladybird Lip Crayon pretty perfectly. I've always been a fan of Butter London nail polishes! This is a gorgeous shade. Orange red shades like this are great for anytime of year and work really well if red is your thing and you want a more summery tone of red!
These polishes are extremely shiny! I do not have any top coat on in the photos below and as you can see the polishes have a great shine! Another amazing thing about these polishes is their pigmentation! One coat is all you need for some of these shade and I'm normally a 2 coat kind of gal! I do find with a lot of Butter London polishes one coat is like almost good enough and I found with this Patent Shine 10x formula Her Majesty's Red and Chat Up were good with one coat!
Best of luck in entering the giveaways! I hope you enjoy my post today :)
